As tecnologias de informa\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (TICs) quando s\u00e3o desenvolvidas dificilmente levam em conta os requisitos espec\u00edficos destes usu\u00e1rios especiais. Neste projeto exploraremos o conceito de Acessibilidade como um Servi\u00e7o, implementando e testando um servi\u00e7o que torne poss\u00edvel o acesso a conte\u00fado digital para usu\u00e1rios especiais.
